This is because older versions of NeNDVid.ax were incorrectly coded.  When installed or when "regsvr32" was run, they would make a codec entry - but no matching CLSID entry to find the driver file with.

Newer versions use the same driver file CLSID, but now use a new corrected codec entry which matches it. The old orphan codec entry remains, presumably indefinitely.

You can manually delete the old orphan key to get rid of it. Note the full path at the bottom of the screenshot.

This is the corresponding correct entry, FYI. Leave this one the way it is.
